Yesterday a girl called Sarah came to our school. She works at Water Care and told us about the olden days on Queens St. About 100 years ago people had no flushable toilets. They had a bedpan. Some of the maids at hotels would take the pots out and chuck the waste out into the sea. I did’n like the olden day just from hearing that . My whole class laughed. After that we did our experiments. We went back inside and she told us what to put down the drain and what not to put down the drain.
